xref's not plotting

Hello All,

 My x-ref's show up in my layout, but when I print preview and/or print, the xref's aren't showing up. All layers are on, and the 'don't print' selection in the layer manager is on for the xref layer... The color of the xref checks out okay, too. any suggestions?
